Saturday, March 1st, 2008 – Prototype Modeling Mini-Meet – Are you a Prototype Modeler, looking for other Prototype Modelers to share your interests, models, and skills with?

Come join us for a private function Prototype Modeler Mini-Meet. You must bring at least one model that you have built (any scale, any era), and an interest in discussing your rivet counting ways with others. If response is great enough, it may grow into a quarterly club, or a larger meet.
Registration fee is $10 and lunch (pizza & soft drinks) will be provided! Meet will be in Beaverton area. Address provided with payment of registration fee.

Saturday – March 8th, 2008 – Mount Hood Model Engineers Train Operating Day – Having trouble keeping your trains on track? Do you have some older trains that have not been run for a while? Did you get a new train set for Christmas? If you can say “yes!” to any of these questions, then the Mount Hood Model Engineers have a deal for you. Bring you HO train set in to our layout and our team of expert model railroader engineers will give it a thorough going-over and let you run it around the tracks. We’ll check the wheel gauge, coupler height, car weight, and engine performance and then let you loose on our 1000 square foot HO scale layout.

Saturday – March 15th, 2008 – Pacific Model Loggers’ Congress – LOGGING and WOOD PRODUCTS MODELERS and HISTORIANS! We proudly present the FOURTH annual Pacific Model Loggers’ Congress. A full day of special Speakers and clinics. Models and dioramas – on display and in competition – Make sure to bring yours! It is promised to be a round table bull session on all subjects involving the NorthWest wood products industry – its History, Preservation, and Modeling. Vendors will be present selling logging related merchandise.

Friends – As before, pre-registration is not necessary, but if you intent to vend, please understand that the space is LIMITED! You can reserve a table of a half table by calling Lon Wall at the number listed below.
All vending is strictly limited to logging related items! And will be available on a first reserved-first served basis!
Food is available on the premises – and it’s darn good – Come early for breakfast!

Admission/Cost of Tables:
Tables to sell at $25.00, ½ table $15.00 – limit one table per person.
General Admission: $10.00 per person
