If you can say “yes!” to any of these questions, then the Mount Hood Model Engineers have a deal for you. Bring your HO train set in to our layout and our team of expert model railroader engineers will give it a thorough going-over and let you run it around the tracks. We’ll check the wheel gauge, coupler height, car weight and engine performance and then let you loose on our 1000 square foot HO scale layout.

April 18th and 19th, 2009 - 21st Annual Willamette Cascade Model Railroad Club Train Show & Swap Meet

Lane County Fairgrounds

Saturday - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Vendors can set up on Friday April 17th from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.  22,000 square feet of vendor tables, historical societies, speeder display, Operation Lifesaver Trailer, Friends of 4449 and SP&S #700 memorabilia for sale.  Vendor tables are $25.00 each and they are 8 ft. long and 30 inches wide with red linen table cloth.

Admission:
$6.00 for 11 years old and older.
Children 10 years and younger are free if accompanied by an adult
Early bird entry each day is at 9 a.m. and is $10 per person.  Admission on Saturday is also good for Sunday at no additional charge.

It will depict the proposed rail line over Santiam Pass, and will feature mainline operations and mountain railroading with helper service. The Era is 1975.
